Covering Cotmanhay, Kirk Hallam and Cossall. A regular call for UPVC repairs on terraces along Bath Street and the surrounding estates.

Heanor, Loscoe and Langley Mill. Lots of mid-century housing here — older mortice locks we keep on the van.

Ripley town centre, Pentrich, Waingroves. Quick A38 access means short response times across this stretch.

From the Mill complex to Bargate. Belper's stone cottages and listed properties need a sympathetic touch — we do not over-drill.

Duffield, Little Eaton and Quarndon. Higher-value properties in the Ecclesbourne Valley — we recommend anti-snap cylinders as standard.

Etwall, Hilton and Hatton. Newer estates often have entry-level multipoint mechanisms — we upgrade them the same day.

Alfreton, Somercotes and Riddings. We hold most Yale, ERA and Avocet stock for fast turnarounds in this area.

Repton, Milton and Newton Solney. School-village traffic permitting, we are usually on-site within 25 minutes.

Swadlincote, Church Gresley and Woodville. A common call for lock changes when keys go missing or a tenancy changes over.

Melbourne, Kings Newton and Wilson. Beautiful conservation area — we use heritage-style escutcheons where it matters.

Newhall and Stanton. Adjacent to our Swadlincote run, so we are nearly always nearby.

Castle Gresley, Linton and Coton in the Elms. Rural-edge properties — outbuilding security is a regular request here.

Ashby town centre, Packington and Moira. We cover the whole LE65 area for emergency and planned work.

Measham, Donisthorpe and Oakthorpe. Easy access from the A42 means we are quick into and out of the village.

Coalville, Whitwick and Bardon. Mixed Victorian and modern stock — we carry parts for both.

Castle Donington, Kegworth and Lockington. Right by East Midlands Airport — we cover both residential and commercial premises.

Tutbury, Hatton and Rolleston-on-Dove. Castle-side properties — we work carefully on period frames.
